Dorsey appointed new VP

In a meeting today, March 24, 2005, The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents appointed Alicia M. Dorsey, Ph.D., as Vice President for Communication and Program Development for The Texas A&M University System Health Science Center. The appointment will be effective April 1, 2005.
Dr. Dorsey, in her new position, will be responsible for ensuring that the A&M Health Science Center maintains strong communications among its campuses and components, as well as the many communities the institution serves across the state. In addition, she will be responsible for assisting the A&M Health Science Center in evaluation of program development and identification of areas for growth of new and existing programs.
