Dorsey appointed to Med Board of Trustees

(COLLEGE STATION, TX) – Alicia M. Dorsey, Ph.D., vice president for communication and program development at the Texas A&M Health Science Center, has been appointed to the College Station Medical Center Board of Trustees.
Dr. Dorsey was appointed to a three-year term beginning in January. Comprised of 10 physicians and five community members, the 15-member board is charged with ensuring that the College Station Medical Center provides quality health care through oversight and facilitation of policy establishment, maintenance of patient care, and provision of management and planning in a manner responsible to community needs.
Nancy W. Dickey, M.D., President of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs for The Texas A&M University System, also served on the Med Board of Trustees.
