Gill named Family Medicine Residency director

Kory Gill, D.O., has been named Director of the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine's Family Medicine Residency Program.Kory Gill, D.O. has been appointed to serve as Director of the Texas A&M Health Science Center (TAMHSC) College of Medicine’s Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Gill previously served as a member of the residency program’s teaching faculty, and is a sports medicine specialist with Texas A&M Physicians, the college’s clinical practice which serves the Bryan-College Station community.

In addition to his role with the residency program, Dr. Gill is an assistant professor at Texas A&M’s College of Medicine, a team physician with Texas A&M Athletics, and Health Care Team Physician Director for the Bryan Independent School District.

After earning a B.S. in Biology in 2001, Gill received his D.O. from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. Dr. Gill then went on to complete his family medicine residency in 2008 at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine, where he served as chief resident from 2007-2008. In 2009, Dr. Gill completed an additional fellowship at John Peter Smith in Fort Worth, Texas in sports medicine before returning to Texas A&M.
