Men's health awareness - an infographic outlining tips and steps men can take to get control over their health

Matt Hoffman, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, clinical assistant professor at the Texas A&M College of Nursing, listed some guidelines for men’s health. A relatively healthy man without any known risk factors should follow these tips to become his best advocate for his health. If you have any specific questions or unique health issues, contact your primary care provider. They can inform you of some guidelines specific to you.
